Speaking of a personal experience my team and I truly appreciate Supliful team. We have started with them back in Dec 2021 and ever since then they have provided nothing but quality and professional communication. Surely things change for everyone and adjustments have to happen in order to maintain any business with regard to what is currently happening in the world, but overall they have been providing great service and well recommended for those who are interested in the supplements business and looking to brand their own name. Supliful team will always have our support. Kudos to them. Definitely 5 stars to them as well.

The ease of setup is what sets this company apart, I've used different providers for my brand this one was by far the easiest, looking forward to new products and competitive pricing.

I'm going to put 5 stars to encourage them because it's a good idea. But we must restore the products for Europe and facilitate the exchange with the support. Since the last update, impossible to contact the support.

But you can always send us an email at [email protected] and our support agent will reply to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to return EU products to our offer due to the Global supply chain situation. I really love this company
I really love this company! I am so happy to have crestive input in the design, and the integration with Canva has made this a lot easier. I'm looking forward to more products being added, and am pleased with the lineup thus far!

An infinite flow of problems
An infinite flow of problems, from slow fullfilling to communication. Ok, it's a startup but... asbsolutely too low low value for a Minimum Viable Product/service (MVP).

But please note that our usual fulfillment time is 3-5 business days before shipping as it is mentioned on our website. As for the communication, Katie helped you with every request you sent to us - from the incorrecttly fulfilled order in Shopify to informing you about the wrong shipping address. Unfortunately, we can not help in cases when you do not read our informational emails and keep selling the products at the old prices. Please let us know how can we improve our communication to provide you with a better service!
