Driver is friendly and knows his way around the airport avoiding traffic.

Our driver was there as expected he went beyond and above to make sure we arrived at LAX and got our luggage out.

Our flight was delayed about an hour. Our driver texted us directly to tell us where to meet after getting our bags. He kept us informed of his arrival time. Helped put the bags in the car.
