Overall my experience was good! The car that picked my family and myself up was a bit “small” considering I put there were 3 people with 3 luggage and carry on. The driver was nice and got us to the airport on time. The driver who picked us up from the airport was kind enough to wait for us, as our flight was delayed and his car was large enough for us, he drove fast to get us home quickly!

My transportation was great and I would recommend using Supershuttle but somehow you sent 2 reservations to Transportation Plus and I had to cancel my return trip and rebook. When I rebooked I lost 10% discount from my earlier reservation. I didn't get a good reason as to why I had to rebook.

The booking process on the APP is very easy. You get a confirmation and costs are taken from your bank immediately but you only get the drivers details a few minutes before pickup. This can improve and send drovers details earlier. Finding the driver took a few minutes as he did not speak English and was parked slightly off from the designated pick up area. Once we found him and picked up all was good. Very clean vehicle with enough space. Safe driver. Would definitely use Super shuttle again

The driver was punctual and maintained a courteous demeanor during both pick-up and drop-off

I've enjoyed using super shuttle for corporate use to and from the airport. Sometimes we have to take large groups of people and large packages to the airport from our location. Super shuttle is the perfect size to fit all of our stuff. Their phone support isn't always amazing, but they get the job done!
