I booked this return trip to airport 30 days ago, and received updates. On day of trip no car showed up--took 20 minutes to get a response from dispatch and finally a different car showed. Driver was horribly incompetent and dangerous. He did not get out of car to help with any luggage as he was too busy on his phone. He rolled backwards to the point where were trying to get out of the way, yelling at him to stop and still didn't hear. His car was clean on outside and smelly and dirty on inside. I called to complain and took 25 minutes to connect me to a bored supervisor who said they would 'escalate and get back to me'. Absolutely the WORST ride ever--DO NOT use this company, find something else.

I have booked trips to and from the airport multiple times with Super Shuttle, I won't go so far as to say they haven't let us down before but I could accept their reasson, for not being on time or there to pick us up, but this time they cancelled my pick-up without sufficient notice, mainly I found the message when the plane landed at the airport. I immediately called and their excuse? they didn't have a car available! I had someone I could call but what if I hadn't!

They sent us a small SUV instead of a minivan, so we had to take Uber additionally in order to reach the airport ontime. Very unprofessional. Be careful.

They hustled myself and my wife out of 50 bucks in Auckland by saying the yellow shuttle finishes at 12 midnight. We get to the ibis hotel and find out the yellow shuttle is 24 hours. Never again crooks.

Had the very worst experience. They changed my pick up time to an hour and 15 minutes later, while I was in the air. There was no communication. They lied about the drivers location. It cost me double what two Ubers would have cost, and cost me twice as much time as well. Be ware, this is no way to run a business.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Booked a ride to the airport, driver asked me if they could take a detour to an atm so I could pay them in cash. I said no as I needed the receipt. After that they were very rude and wouldn’t even help get my bags out of the car.

I booked a ride from Kansas International Airport to Lawrence, KA. The flight was on time and I followed the instructions provided. The car was not waiting for me. The customer service representative was rude and totally unwilling to help. In the end, I had to pay for a taxi myself. I requested a refund from SuperShuttle but they have not responded.

We thought we were being canny by using Super Shuttle. Oh, how wrong. The little bouncy trailer that our unsecured luggage travels in caused damage to it. The response from Super Shuttle has been appalling. They just don’t want to know. Our luggage made it from Manchester to Auckland via Dubai unscathed only to be ruined by a 45 minute drive to the centre of Auckland. Do yourselves a favour - take a proper taxi from the airport. It’s worth the extra couple of dollars.
