I was referred to Superpower by my wife and it has just been amazing. The blood test bank completed at the beginning would cost you far more than the $199 I paid so there is value there even if you did nothing more. The greatest value I have found is around the analysis of the 1500+ pages of medical records, labs, and other medical documents I have uploaded. I have found out many things about my medical history that my doctors chose to not tell me about. It also has the ability to make connections across all your conditions that no single doctor can because it does not have the view. Another big help it has been has been with my sleep. I was able to tie in my Garmin watch and Peloton bike and every morning I get a report of my sleep quality and exercise. I have been dealing with insomnia for some time and it has allowed me to focus on quality of the sleep I get and not worry about the quantity of sleep. Too many more things it helped with to cover here but well worth the annual fee!

Superpower is the first platform that has made my health feel like an ongoing relationship instead of a once-a-year blood draw followed by a PDF I’ll never look at again. The onboarding was seamless, scheduling my bloodwork was incredibly easy, and the reminders kept everything moving without creating another administrative project for me. When supplements are recommended, they’re built directly into the experience and are often available at a better price than I could find online! The biggest differentiator for me is the AI health guide. I uploaded previous labs, clinical assessments, and even information about my AuDHD so it could better understand how I actually operate. It knows that simply giving me information isn’t enough… it helps me turn that information into something actionable, like setting alarms, creating visual reminders, and building habits that work with my brain instead of against it. Because it has so much context, the guidance feels genuinely personal rather than generic. So far, this is the most dialed in and connected I’ve ever felt to my health on a daily basis! I log in often and there are updates which is fun to see! They’re getting better & better alongside me :) only improvement I’d like to see is totally not necessary but would be nice— a connection to likeminded health people in my city or other superpower peeps in other cities when I’m traveling around… would be fun to hit the gym etc with likeminded peeps (or get recommendations)

Hello, I hope my experience with Superpower is helpful to anyone considering the service. I am having my right shoulder replaced tomorrow and I wanted to get a baseline of my general health. I am a 56 yr old male with no real health problems, other than 2 bad shoulders. I gave blood and my tests came back in about 10 days. The information I got was very helpful and informative. I started chatting with their Superpower AI about my upcoming surgery and my test results and was given excellent information to maximize my pre op plan and expectations for surgery and post op recovery. In a nutshell, I have had an excellent experience. I also added my CBC, other blood work from Mayo to give the agent more information and start building a profile of my health. I feel much better about how I am taking care of my body and understanding what is good and what can be potentially harmful. So, if you are on the fence, go for it, it's actually kinda fun learning so much about our bodies. Oh yeah, if you aren't afraid of technology and big brother, you can connect wearables and give even more info...have fun.

Very thorough questionnaire prior to my blood draw. They set up the blood draw, making everything so easy. Their customer support, with their AI chat, was very informative and personalized all the answers to me and my answers from the questionnaire. I have not received my results as of yet, but I'm sure they will be very thorough.

I am extremely happy with this program and my blood test results! I have always had high medical anxiety and being able to chat anytime day or night, have my Apple Watch synced with Superpower and they review and share their thoughts on any issues I think I am having or questions, immediately! Absolutely love this program and thanks Superpower for making my life more assuring and at ease that I am truly healthy!

Superpower is what I have been looking for! The amount of information Superpower has given me, is incredible . My own doctor never looked at the trends that my labs have shown over the years, unlike Superpower. Superpower sees the “big picture” and gives me so much data that sometimes I have to take a break to let my brain absorb it all! I am so thankful I found Superpower 🙏

Most reviews talk about the blood work, but I have had a great experience with the AI. I uploaded my previous blood work from the VA and the AI gave me all the information from. Decided that was my baseline going forward. Set me up with some supplements that I needed and got rid of a bunch that I was wasting my money on. I enjoyed the AI so much that I signed my sister up and now she has her own AI to help her. I haven't done my blood work yet because the VA just did and the VA doesn't test everything that SuperPower does. Try this and make sure you use the AI for everything, they will answer anything you ask.
