Great AI interface. Was able to upload data and see patterns I hadn't recognized before. It helps provide good data for an upcoming appointment with my doctor.

76 year-old male in good health. Superpower has been an extraordinary help by digesting not only its suite of blood test markers but also historical data from my PCP, my Apple Watch Health App, and various imagery reports. The more data I feed it, the more complete a picture SP knits together. A couple of supplements suggested but more interested in advising which specialists to follow up with (and what to ask), sleep consistency, coffee consumption, and so on. Superpower's AI now know more about me than my PCP, urologist, or cardiologist.

Superpower informs me of things my physician doesn't know about or doesn't have time to discuss with me. The AI put me on a meal plan that has changed my life. I am losing weight, have more energy, and am continuing to gain new found health. Healing takes time.

Superpower is a great site if you want to learn more about your health. Very straightforward to use lets you take either a high level approach or dig as deep into any detail as you want. It is not cheap and they do tend to recommend other tests which can add up but it is always your choice. The AI system is nice to use as you can feed it as much information as you want over time and it builds upon everything you have told it. But remember it only can analyze what you tell it and can make bad assumptions if you have not given it all the details. The more information you give it the better it seems to get at giving accurate advice. Ultimately it cannot replace your doctor so keep that in mind, but it is an useful tool to go over combinations of medicines, food, exercises, etc. that you can then choose to use or take to your doctor and it does not charge by the hour!

I've just joined Superpower but haven't had my blood draw yet. I've added medical history and they have helped me so much already make sense of issues I'm dealing with! I'm excited to see what the blood draw reveals and I know Superpower will walk me through it step by step. They've given me suggestions for other labs to fill in the holes that my medical history so far is missing. I've used Function Health and while thorough, there isn't much follow up after the labs are done. And Superpower is half the price! I'm so impressed! Thanks Superpower!

It's really interesting to find a place where I can easily get drug/supplement interactions for the items that I use. Since I have been adhering to Superpower advice, I am feeling much better, weight is coming off faster and I am spending less money on supplements.
