Superpower has been so helpful in understanding my lab results and guiding me on what to do to get to optimum health. It is such a great tool and they give very clear step by step guides. For the price, it is a great value! Just for the lab work alone you are saving money.

Over the last year, I’ve used multiple testing services (Superpower, a couple of the other well-known ones, and one that was constantly popping up in my feed so I figured I’d give it a try). Superpower has been the best one for me. The testing is the same as the others - go to a lab, get blood drawn (maybe pee in a cup too), wait a couple days and start getting results. The thing I really like with Superpower is it turns data into information and now with the AI chat feature, the information is then able to turn into action. I’ve integrated it with my Apple Watch so my other metrics like sleep are incorporated into the analysis and feedback. Because of the testing over time, I’ve made specific lifestyle changes that have paid off visibly and invisibly (but on the updated test results). I’m not sure what happened with the people who posted negative reviews as that definitely hasn’t been my experience. Overall, I’m very happy. The cost is completely reasonable and I assume I will continue using Superpower going forward.

It’s like having a doctor at your fingertips. The blood test revealed several things about my health that previous blood tests ordered through my doctor didn’t. I’ve since gotten on several supplements and through the help of Superpower and consulting my doctor gotten off a couple medications that have improved my condition. I’m super focused on my health now. I feel the feedback I get from Superpower is honest and they aren’t just trying to sell me a prescription like many other health companies. Superpower is invaluable in my opinion. It created a workout routine based on my lower back problems. It goes way beyond just getting some blood test results. I use it for anything health related now and it remembers our prior conversations which is so helpful when I have new symptoms. I am so much healthier because of this app.

As a 55 year old adult, I’m trying to manage my health better so I can have a longer, healthier life. You know, I want to spend time with the grandkids and travel! Anyway, I was just taking multiple vitamins , supplements etc., without really knowing if my body needed it… worse case, what if I had an underlying health issue I wasn’t aware of, but if caught early enough I could do something about… visiting my doctor every year just to do a basic blood screening only to hear, “you’re doing fine for your age”… didn’t seam progressive enough for me really wanting to take charge of my health… after a quick search… I found Superpower!! Wow, I have altered my life in such a profound, positive way… my diet, exercise, medication and supplement routine has completely changed, and for the better… how do I know for the better??? I learned so much from my labs that I never knew and was able to get ahead of some things before they became major issues. The built in AI is great for running things across and explaining the lab results and what to do about them. Love superpower; I’m a customer for life!

Awesome service! Initially I just signed up for the membership and did the initial biomarker blood test - which was enlightening! But as I’ve lost weight and become healthier I’ve added additional tests and received more insight into my health. I just turned 50 this year and Superpower has been a game changer! As I read things or have questions I am able to ask the AI tool and receive personalized responses! I am so impressed! And it just keeps getting better! When I first joined they didn’t have the app - now they’ve released the app which is incredible!

This app is pretty amazing — it's become my go-to for medical advice. The Claude AI powering Superpower is genuinely strong, and the ability to upload all your old blood tests to see patterns over time is a killer feature. That historical view is where it really shines. There are a fair number of upsells for additional blood tests and supplements, but none of it is required to get value out of the core experience. Between the initial blood panel and the ongoing AI support, it's a great deal.

Didn’t know what to expect never had a full blood panel done before. They made it easy an appointment that met with my schedule. Close blood draw center with very professional staff. Results in a timely manner not to mention an app. Which explains what each marker means and why the levels need to be in range. They gave me a protocol to get all my levels in range. And told me what supplements I needed to take. Since then my energy levels are up my joints are feeling a lot better . All in all it was a very pleasant experience!
