The basket I ordered was even more beautiful in person and arrived quickly and safely. Supermoss is a great company!

I recieved the wrong item, I have sent 2 messages before now to try and get it fixed and so far this is the only correspondence this company had made in return. All my future purchases will be done with a competitor, and I will be a vocal advocate against this company for all my friends and family. Completely dissatisfied.

Good afternoon, Clark. I apologize for the mis-shipment of your items. Where did you send the messages? I have no record of your email address and would like to make this right for you. Would you mind resending the message to: [email protected]? Please include pictures of what you received. We'll be more than happy to correct this for you. Thank you

I ordered the black lava rock planter. I was very disappointed with the color. It is definitely not black and it isn't a natural stone. It appears to be a gray concrete color mix of some sort poured into a mold. This product is not as advertised.

I have always liked this company for its quality products and fast shipping. And my snakes like the coconut mulch for their substrate because it holds the right amount of moisture to maintain correct humidity levels.

Good afternoon. I ordered the preserved sheet moss but it is way too loose. I won't be able to use it as intended. I order moss through other companies and thought I would try Supermoss. It def doesn't have any sheet to it. Is this normal for your sheet moss?
