I thought I ordered a size 14” cone shaped basket. I received the confirmation that I ordered a 12” basket. I sent an email and they responded fairly quickly to let me know it didn’t come in a size 14. As it turns out, the baskets look great and I will be ordering 2 more of them.

I still haven’t received the order

This was my first order with SuperMoss. It will not be my last. My order came on time but the box was quite battered. Upon opening I found my cone hanging basket, smashed into an oval shape. I was not able to bend it back to its original shape. I contacted SuperMoss and they said they would ship out a replacement after seeing the photos I sent in the email. That afternoon, my husband saw the bent one, he reshaped it and it looked pretty darn good. I contacted SuperMoss, told them I didn’t need a replacement, all was good. The next workday, they sent me a message stating that the replacement was already on its way, and to keep it as a gift for my troubles. That is what I call excellent customer service. I will be placing orders with them in the future. Angela Kamely
