Product was great and shipping was good but I order a bunch of reindeer moss different colors as samples, to see how they looked in person. And none of them are labeled with the color. So black is easy but others look very similar and if I dont know what the color was to re order the product.

Great price, beautiful moss, quick delivery. It does have a really strong chemical smell that I'm concerned about. Moss in the craft store doesn't have a smell. I've never bought bulk before. Hopefully it airs out?

We have a wholesale account but needed an expedited order and were told by a sales rep placing a retail order would get it out the door faster, so we did that even though it would cost more. However, because we used the same email address for the order confirmation associated with the wholesale account, it was processed to that account, but at the retail price, and delayed fulfillment. When the anticipated arrival date came and went, we found the order was still in process and had not been shipped and therefore would miss the deadline for the event we needed the items for. We called customer service to cancel the order and request a refund to which they said they would accommodate. We thought the issue was resolved at this point but instead, we received a shipping notification several hours later. We replied to the confirmation to please not proceed as we no longer needed the items but no one replied and we are now sitting on materials that we paid extra for and can no longer use. We will continue to order from SuperMoss but this whole experience was a failure in our book from placing the order to lack of follow-through with customer service. UPDATE: After hearing about our experience, the SuperMoss sales team reached out and worked with us to remedy the issue.

Update: since this review customer services got back in touch with me. The quality of their reindeer moss is one of the best I have managed to find - after trying from 5 different sellers. What I mean by quality is that it has more heads (dense, sort of fluffy tops) rather than routs (less dense and looks more like veins). One of the 4 large packs I ordered wasn't as good as the others so I returned that one, but 3 our of 4 is quite good from what I've experienced. --------- Original post: You didn’t reply to my email about the poor quality of some of what you sent
