They were an absolute pleasure to deal with...
They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and managed to resolve an order error so quickly. I had been stressed out that I'd ordered the wrong thing, and they were keen to fix it before it even shipped. That resolved my problem, and I'm really happy with them so far. Order arrived without any damage and it's all there, what more can you ask for?

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. I bought two cables that I thought were compatible and they reached out to tell me they weren’t. They offered to swap to the correct cable and made everything really easy.
