I would still like to explain the issue further: For the ALU-COVE-AL9570 you ordered, there are no suitable clips available for it, and we did not indicate that mounting clips would be included. I apologize for the misunderstanding. We have also double-checked with our engineer. For the ALU-COVE-AL9570, in addition to plaster-in installation, you can also use connector plates with screws for installation. We have reached out to you to request an image of the connector.
