I didn't get contacted proactively when my order was delayed due to back-ordered products, but once I contacted support, they were able to get my order shipped with an alternate product quickly. Overall happy with the experience.

The first thing that struck me was that the website had lots of good information which made it easier to pick the right combination of lights and power supply for my project. The order process was smooth and the parts arrived in a reasonable time and in good shape. The electrician who installed the lights for me did have some questions, so I emailed SuperLightingLED and received a very nice and helpful answer from Violet the next day. My electrician was satisfied and now I'm enjoying my new lights. Why not 5 stars? The lights I ordered (and received) were 12V, but the package for the lights said 24V. This mislabeling was what the electrician questioned but in the end Violet showed us that the shipped products were indeed the correct 12V.

I ordered the Cove light channels, and although it's a decent product, they do not come with the mounting clips. The channels have recessed gaps where clips are supposed to be inserted to discreetly mount these on a ceiling or wall. The company does not provide them. It does not say anywhere in the ad that there are no clips, and the only response from the company was that they don't carry them. I find that to be lacking because if you sell the product, you should also carry the mounting hardware. Now I have to figure out a way to mount these without damaging them, drilling through them, or finding third-party clips that will fit in the spaces provided.

I bought a free cut led strip and silicone neon cover, both excellent and very easy to use. Also I received an immediate response in a question via email.

I had an issue with one of the LED strip lights. After answering a few questions, they quickly replaced the LED Strip light. They were very helpful providing information relating to the installation of their product.

Excellent customer service. I contacted SuperLightingLED shortly after placing my order because I needed to change to a different remote-control model. They responded promptly, made the change without requiring me to cancel and reorder, and kindly covered the small price difference. Communication was professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate this kind of customer-focused service and would gladly do business with them again.
