Long time customer of Superior Van but my first time in Fishers. I was very pleased and the shorter distance was a plus.

Very professional staff and wait time was minimal. Scheduler was very accommodating. Only difficulty and inconvenience, which I have expressed previously, was having to make 2 separate visits 50+ miles from my home in Lafayette to get a diagnosis and repair. Thank you.

Nice vans. Helpful in having options installed that were helpful to me.

I have been taking my wheelchair van to superior in Louisville for many years now. Mostly it has been for maintenance or things that have broken or ceased to function. I have not had much luck with superior in this area. In fact I don't think I remember a single time that they actually fixed something for me. Now they did replace a lift in my Ford van a few years ago and for the most part did a good job. However, on at least five occasions they have told me that something could not be repaired. I came back home and had a buddy pull the van into his garage -- where he fixed it like new. I love the people at superior, however they tend to fix things by replacing parts. Sometimes those parts are no longer available or they can't find them. If that is the case they make very little effort to compensate some other way. They simply say, well we can't fix it. Right now my power sliding door (E150) is malfunctioning. I guess I'll give Superior another chance. I am confident that they will get it right this time.

Dear Mr. Willis, Thank you for taking the time to reply to our survey! Honest feedback is extremely helpful in our efforts to improve all areas of our customer service. Please know that we will make every effort to repair a mobility part if we feel that repair is an option considering the safety and best interest of the customer. You are correct, on older pieces of equipment (15+ years) there are times when parts are no longer available and we are no longer able to safely repair them. I can certainly understand how this can be frustrating. Thanks for your understanding and giving us another chance! We look forward to seeing you. Cheryl will give you a call to see if you would like to bring your sliding door in for our technicians to check out! Good advice during selection and evaluation of disability Van. Full discussion of pros and cons of purchase. All systems were fully explained, and unfamiliar systems were carefully explored. Yearly service was relatively easy to accomplish, and helpful in maintaining equipment in top condition. On one occasion, discount was not given because it was not requested prior to service. (I was not aware that it had to be requested prior to service.) When it came time to sell the Van, I contacted the employee that was suggested, and after looking at the vehicle, an offer was made that was significantly below the estimated value. The Van was sold on the open market for significantly more than what was offered at Superior. Over all, a good experience, and if I had it to do again, I would go to Superior Van and Mobility.

The service was excellent. The people were more than friendly and courteous and understanding. I have only two criticisms, one major and one minute. First the minute, it was a shame that we weren't able to customize the vehicle at all. People want to have something a little different from others. But my biggest problem was with the vehicle itself. There was a bad battery in it, which caused the ramp mechanism to malfunction, which then caused much unnecessary stress on me and my caretenders. The technical staff handled this problem admiralby, and exchanged the faulty battery, and the door and ramp mechanism is working great. Thank you all.

Great facility and people. Would have gave 5 stars but a little pricey. It has cost me a min. of $1000 each for the last 4 trips to Superior Van. 3 service trips and one rental. Excellent service, just pricey!
