If you understand the necessity and importance of staying mobile when confined to a wheelchair, you will appreciate the efforts this company makes to get your problems fixed as soon as possible. They have worked on maintaining and fixing my van lift the last several years in a fast and fair way. I appreciate their service.

I rented my mobility from the Evansville location. Lauren and her staff were courtesy and professional. I had reserved the van for the day on a Saturday but I finished my business in four hours. Superior Van contacted me on Monday and told me they were not going to charge me for the full day because that was the right thing to. What business does that?

Bryce Schultz is our go to person for our bus repairs. He does a great job. Most times when we call we talk straight to him. If he is busy he returns our calls quickly. Superior helps us out with our bus lift problems. I would give Bryce and the staff 5 stars.

This is more of an overall review as the service I had that generated this survey is still in process as they have to get a part from Braun for a warranty repair. In general, Superior in Lexington Kentucky has always done all they can to meet my service needs and they have done it with concern for my convenience. I would and do recommend them often.
