Hello Richard, Our inventory lists that we get from our vendors is what we must go off of. Occasionally a vendor will not update their inventory list in real time and orders get placed on back order. Protocol is to immediately contact a customer once that vendor has let us know when a vehicle is out of stock and we offer a comparable vehicle or offer a full refund. Refunds take around 10 business days but can be delayed depending on the banks. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and we hope to earn your business back. Thank you, -SP

All you will need to do when there you run into our hassle free delivery is fill out a warranty claim. Include vehicle descriptions and and pictures so that our warranty department can assess the damage and send out the correct replacement parts or new vehicle. We will file a claim on your behalf to the shipping company and be sure to make sure that you are on the road in no time. Hello, We are very sorry to hear about the vehicle arriving with shipping damage. It is our practice to give a customer 2 days to fully inspect the unit upon arrival as this is as much time that we are allocated by freight companies to file a shipping claim on your behalf. We do not send the paperwork and title with the vehicle to prevent theft as a car owner would never keep the title in the glove box. We also wait to assure that the unit was not damaged so that we do not issue a title for a unit that will be returned to us. Processing usually takes 2-5 business days unless there is an issue with your order and paperwork you submitted like a wrong address or if we need to verify your credit card. Also any mailed checks will take delay processing until the check is in hand and processed by accounting. Hello Travis, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. As it states in the confirmation emails and under our Maintenance link on the website, you should always check your nuts and bolts between all rides. We also advise our riders to use Loctite on all bolts and nuts. Our warranty claim will replace parts damaged during shipping or issues caused by the manufacturers flaws. However, once the vehicle has been ridden and if the proper maintenance was not taken we cannot cover those liabilities. We apologize for this issue and have refunded you the assembly fee and we hope to have you back up and riding. We will do whatever we can in our power under the guidelines to earn your business back and are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment in how our team has handled your issues as we will continue to look into this.
