SuperiorpowersportsReviews of superiorpowersports.com

Superiorpowersports.com sells you damaged, broken, return scooters, ATVs and dirt bikes that do not run, that will never run! They also refuse to answer your phone calls And will block you and you will never hear a call back just like all the other reviewer’s. I have the same problem I purchased a scooter it will not start now they refused to answer the phone so I called my credit card company and canceled I refuse to pay!

Bike was delivered broken. Was told i needed to check spark.battey.among other things. Will not purchase other sons bike from here. Horrible an i spent extra money to have i put together, an it still doesn't work.

I made a purchase from this company and when my product arrive it would not start. I contacted the company they advised me how to get it started. The next day the gas was leaking from the tank. I contacted them to let them Know what was going on they advised me That when it shipped it cracked the tank and to put sealer on it they would send out parts to repair because the weaker didn’t work. I have been talking to them daily about the parts that still hasn’t been received and they are refusing to solve the issue. The give me different answers every time. I purchased the warranty and I ask for a refund they are refusing. The supervisors are rude and give false names and information. I talked with Jim Garza today he was rude and refused to give me a refund or solve my issue. He states he in Texas. I have talked to Steve and Connor out of California that states they were starting a claim that never happened to get my money back. I have been robbed and need help.

North Central West Virginia Disabled Veteran. TBR7 Shipping= triple tree took blunt force from a crate collapse, making 5 of 6 bolt heads strip. Back brake linkage wasn't included. Out of the blue the chain pops off and wrecked the rear sprocket bolt heads and bent sprocket. I'M a Veteran and hoped to talk some of my fellow Vets into giving this bike a shot. As the prior owner of a KLR 250 & DRZ400 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and order elsewhere or just get a gas bicycle. Customer Service has no clue. I would like a total replacement or refund. 66 miles and I'm ready to push it over and set it on fire. Hooorah I got GOT!

Purchased and paid for professional assembly Got a scratched and damaged ATV that wouldn't run out the box as promised. The ATV looked like a used and return ATV shipped to me VERY UPSET and Superiorpowersports is a let down to my son as well as me,

Stay away from this site. Placed an order for a dirt bike for my son. It finally arrived several weeks later in a badly damaged box. It was missing the battery charger and clamps and bolts to attach the handlebars. The battery box was also cracked. Many unanswered calls and emails later I finally got them to agree to send the necessary parts but NOTHING HAS COME. I have been waiting for a month but cannot get them to issue a refund.

Like many others, I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with (VELOZ powersports owns Superior, Killer Motorsports and I believe 1-2 others). NO response to calls. NO response to emails. I ordered my bike May 3 and by some miracle it came May 19. I IMMEDIATELY submitted for an MCO and almost 2 months later still don't have it. A simple piece of paper that allows me to register my bike. They now claim they're sending my MCO, but not before I put in a claim with my credit card company against them. I'll bet I contacted them 100 times to try and get my MCO. Morons and a bunch of people that just don't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
