The bike arrived quick and without any issues, I did have problems with it running properly so I called Tech support and they helped me get a new carburetor. Once that was resolved the bike has run well, (there is an issue with the tank not venting properly I am still working through that). Over all working with Superior power sports has been a good experience, they seam to respond quickly to any questions or issues that I have had, whether buy email or on the phone. I gave them 4 Stars only because of the issues with the bike, but at three times the savings over a name brand dirt bike I probably shouldn't complain.

superiorpowersports was great, shipper/carrier sucks. scooter is powerful, handles, and runs great.

Hard to contact anyone shipping could be better both my machines were damaged

The shipping when ordering bikes put together was bad wooden crates all broke bikes damaged scratched but I kept them and Mike was our champion. He looked at pictures of the bikes and sent repair parts and my husband was able to fix. Also he refunded set up fees sense we had to take bikes apart and put together again. All worked out good bikes.

Everything work out just fine.jason at customers services help me ever step of the way and dave the delivery guy put my order right where I want it. Outstanding Job
