Good pricing, responsive people, unsatisfactory experience
Inconsistent communication. People are responsive but difficult to reach. Was offered free shipping which was included in my original order but three days after my order I received a call from Superior saying that it was too expensive to ship to me for free and that I either paid $87 additionally or I could cancel my order. Not only was this a bit of a bait and switch but they delayed shipment of my bike for several additional days. The bike came damaged (although they quickly sent out a replacement part) and the instructions were largely incomprehensible. Hate to ding them but overall a very uneven, dissatisfying experience.

Disappointment
As I posted on my social media the company was not cooperative regarding my damaged scooter I received and returned the same day even after send all the pictures of the severity of the damage to the scooter validating the return and replacement of the scooter. Only after getting certain parties involved with the issue they assigned a person to handle my claim. I decided on a refund since they do not carry stock as claimed on their website.

Great purchase process, but let the wrenching begin...
If I could, I'd give 5 stars to Superior Power Sports for the initial ordering process and the speed that I received my Tforce. It came a few days early which is always good when you have a kid waiting for it. The delivery went great and while the crate was a little beat up, everything inside was fine. Assembly took a while and the documentation isn't great.
The 2 stars comes from the issues I had after we got it together. The motor smoked and burned oil. The engine had terrible compression. The other issue was that the Tforce I received did not have the automatic transmission like was described, but had a 3 speed semi-automatic (which I actually like better). The trouble really amped up when I filed the warranty claim and tried to get a replacement engine/transmission. They couldn't figure out what I had and didn't believe me (that I had a 3 speed) when I described it to them. I sent them pics and then a week later they wanted more pics to prove I had a Tforce with a 3speed. After a month, a bunch of emails and numerous phone calls, I finally got a new engine/transmission. My first step was to check compression on the new engine and I couldn't get the spark plug out. I worked and worked and tried to ease it out, but it pulled out the threads. I filled out an other warranty claim and didn't get a response. I ended up tracking down a heli-coil kit for an M10x1 (not available at any auto parts places) and repaired the head myself. After the compression checked great, I then had to remove the old engine from the ATV and install this new one. About two weeks later, a new head showed up. The warranty claim was finally approved, but a little too late. So the new engine is a 3 speed (yay!), but it looks different (oil fill location, clutch cover and flywheel cover) but it operates the same as the original one I had. I tried emailing their tech line to see what the difference was, like if it was something internally different or just external stuff, in case I ever need to order parts for it or if one was a newer revision or something. That guy was a complete waste of time. Didn't understand what I was asking, then wouldn't respond, wanted to keep talking about how I had the wrong engine because it was a 3 speed (which I already had thoroughly explained to him). His final "solution" to answer my question was for me to send both engines back and he'd send me another new one. Yeah, like this hasn't been enough of a pain in the butt, that I now should take the ATV apart...again.
My comment is this: you get what you pay for. If you are handy with tools and don't mind doing a little wrenching and troubleshooting, then proceed. If you do proceed, you can buy these things from any number of places online, but I recommend using Superior Power Sports because the ordering and delivery went smooth. Just hope you don't need to file a warranty claim or talk to their tech services.
