I ordered your Tao Tao 50, in March of this year. It was delivered in good time, and in excellent condition. It has worked very well, and given me no problems. Your customer service is very good. My only complaint is that I did not receive a hard copy, of the owner's manual. Which was supposed to come with the scooter. And, have not been able to receive one. It is why I have only given a 4 star rating. That said, I will be purchasing my next scooter from your company. As you have a very good company, with very good products.

My overall experience was good. The only issue I had was reaching someone in Customer Service. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and my calls were not returned. Tracking my order was difficult because I couldn't reach anyone. When I did finally reach someone however, they were extremely polite and helpful. The MCO and Bill of Sale for the vehicle were also slow to arrive - weeks after I purchased the vehicle. Still, the product was delivered as described and without issues. I would purchase from Superiorpowersports again.

Pleasant service. Good communication. Great prices. Inventory is inadequate. I have been waiting 6 months for a scooter I already purchased to come in stock and still not ready.

I made a purchase from power sports I have Some issues when I contacted power sports about my issues They're willing to help right away i thanked them for that.

My moped was shipped on time but it arrived with some broken plastic parts. I contact them right away and they sent the new parts out right away! You need to be mechanically inclined if you order a moped that’s not all put together!
