Sales was great. Shipping was unacceptable. Had to resend some parts due to poor shipping. People at SPS told me they were just a clearing house. Received a replacement trunk compartment. New part came back damaged worse. I gave up. Scooter is awesome and I love to ride it.

Ordered my 10 year old an ATV. Website showed it was in stock however I recieved a call saying they had not arrived from customs yet and to pick another model. They did offer to give me a discount on a different model which was nice. Ultimately they called back shortly after and said the original unit I ordered would in fact be available. Rest of transaction went well. I paid for the full assembly and “ride ready”. Upon delivery everything looked ok but I noticed a little later that the handlebars were bent (likely from being dropped or something heavy dropped on it) and the battery was nearly dead and would not let the atv run. I was able to bend the handlebars back into place (hopefully this won’t cause issues down the road) and ultimately bought another battery so I didn’t have to worry about battery issues. Needless to say I was a little disappointed to pay extra for services and have to deal with issues myself before my daughter could ride her new present.

Communication is bad. The scooters didn't come with instructions. Told I would receive emails with manual and how to change oil...no email received. Called 3 times, gavecup. No one knew where the keys were. One scooter is in the shop already and only has 21 miles on it.

Pleased with service, not very pleased with the ATV itself, started on fire first time I turned on the lights, problem was resolved tho.

I bough a pretty decent scooter considering the low price of about $1,000. However, I paid extra to have it be "road ready" which meant fully assembled and ready to drive. However, the battery was dead and the idle was not set properly. So it took lots of trouble shooting and additional purchases (trickle charger, etc.) to get it ready for the road. I also had to watch some YouTube videos. Customer Service was spotty. However, there was one mechanic who correctly diagnosed the problem as the idle being set too low. He was right and that helped. Overall, paying extra for "road ready" should come with better instructions. User manual has broken English and poor grammar. It took too much effort to get it to drive and I felt support was lacking. The scooter itself is worth the low price I paid for it so value is good. It could have a little less plastic on it. And the exhaust broke after my first ride. Overall, my experience with this company was average--not great but not terrible either.

Very hard to get ahold of for questions about product and shipping is slow.. Have to fill everything out online for missing pieces. Thru the warranty department just crap..

I thought that I was dealing with a company from Texas but in fact California was base of operation. I personally won't deal with anything from that State! Delivery of the scooter was on time but MCO was a nightmare!
