I paid extra for my scooter to be "road tested and ready"..... Neither speedometer or odometer work. Also the bs title y'all sent isn't even legit to get it registered, not an official state document.?... I've reached out to yall many times with no luck..... 3rd party call center wanted to troubleshoot my brand new scooter w/me over the phone. Haaa!! Rediculous..... Guess you really don't get what you pay for these days. Preciate it.!...

I ordered the new taotao speed scooter about 3 weeks ago and was sent an email that the scooter was out of stock and in back order. Around last week I emailed back asking for a response for the shipping time and got no response. I have waited a long time for the scooter and would like a reply or reason.

Our order was damaged when we received it, then we contacted them to get replacement parts and they new parts were damaged before they were shipped ( you could tell it was already damaged before it was even shipped ) we waited for a month to get the new parts, then they arrived in worse shape that the original. Then we called to let them know that the new parts were also damaged and then they sent more parts, and this time they arrived in one piece, but they are the Wrong part ! We wont order from them again :(

When I received the bike,a piece of steel was hanging out of the brakes.I paid $199.99 to have the bike street ready(which it was far from) .A friend tighten all the bolts and screws and it took him over an hour to do. This was a birthday gift for my grandchild,and the friend who finished putting the bike together,said if he had not done all this extra work,my grandchild would have definitely been hurt after riding 8hrs or less.I feel I should be credited the $199.99 for paying for something I did not get.I have called you over this matter,but you never seem to return my call..The first call was made 10 minutes after the bike was delivered,and to this day,I haven't received one yet. Last year I bought a 150 cc scooter just the break lever broke off first week but overall it’s great then then the other I received my 250 Hemsin hawk which is beautiful it’s all black it came in about 11 days with the rush processing had it for a week now but I have yet to ride it. The battery was dead had to put the acid in and then charged it then after I charged it still will not come on seems like it’s not getting any gas but I wasted my money I paid for rush processing so that it will be here before a big day and it arrived in time but just won’t start I even paid for the full assembly. At the end of day I could’ve kept the $200 bucks in my pocket if it wasn’t gone be as expected now I have to spend even more money to get it fixed all my friends wanna get bikes but looks like we are give somewhere else a shot.

Im not very happy about the service I got my quad wouldnt even run I had to do way more work to get it running and they wouldnt even try to make it right

unit was dropped during some point in shipping , carburetor is not able to be adjusted , seat does not stay locked down , tried to attempt to reach customer service , but hard to deal with , says carb is fine from a pic, Lol... unit does not idle and carburetor has no idle circuit to adjust , mixture and idle screw does not even reach throttle plate ….carb defective ,

Order was placed with expected delivery date and no communication was made of delays. Product did not arrive on time.
