Purchased a Kids ATV in early June for my sins july 1st Birthday, It arrived damaged in Mid June so I refused delivery, I called the number on the website and was told to file a claim via a link on their web page. Today is Fri June 29th , 2 days from my sons birthday, I have not heard anything from this company, They still have my money and I have no gift for my 7yr old, I gave them 2 weeks to respond. My next step is to contact the attorney general in their jurisdiction and file fraud charges against them.

I bought a 150cc powermax from these…up date
I bought a 150cc powermax from these rip offs 3 weeks ago. So far an electrical short in the blinkers, fuse would blow as soon as the key was turned on I had to unplug the blinker relay to ride it to a shop and pay $75 to have it fixed. Next the carburetor quit getting gas after several calls (they don't answer, you leave a message) emails I got an answer which was telling me to call tech support. They don't return calls. Next the seat latch does not close so the seat doesn't close. The warranty is a joke. I called sales to talk to someone. I was told they will replace defective parts if I take the bike to a shop have them take photos of parts needed, the bike and speedometer of course I was told I have to pay for labor unless I fix it myself. I am a 70 year old woman. I am not a scooter repair person. So buyer beware. So here it is 6 weeks after buying this junk. Now one of the nuts that holds the exhaust pipe on the engine came off. It was making a rattling sound that kept getting louder. I took it to the shop and that was what was ratting. The left blinker cover fell off going down the road on the way to the shop. I have to buy the entire blinker just to get a replacement lens replacement cover.
the carb problem was pinched gas line and pinched vaccum line routed over the frame. They were bent in an L shape. They both had to be replaced and run under the frame. God only knows what is next.

Bought a scooter in December of 2017…
Bought a scooter in December of 2017 didn't receive it till a month later and it was damaged when it FINALLY arrived! I is almost April and still haven't received the new part (a brake handle)! We thought we would put gas and oil in it and try to see how it goes anyway without the part put the battery in gas oil and now it will not start! Nothing even turns on nothing. Works and no one will return phone calls and no one will answer emails and no one even acts like we exist! I'm telling you now do not deal with this company ever

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! OMG! Where do I start my list of complaints! My son's gave my $1000 to purchase a scooter for Christmas. I did my homework and found the perfect scooter. I ordered and paid in full for the scooter to avoid the Christmas rush. Scooter delivered on time. However it was damaged! Therefore I would not accept and asked for either a new scooter or for them to replace the damaged parts. I called Superior Power Sports and left 9 messages! Why? Because nobody ever answers the phone. Then I started e-mailing them, Same problem. To make a long story short, the idiot who finally replied to one of my many messages told me I need to complete a damage report. Obviously he did not bother to read my e-mails or listen to my messages. "I don't have the scooter so why would I fill out the report?" Anyway they refused to offer me a new scooter and said they will return my money in 10 days. Now I'm really angry. They've had my money for over a month already. Delivered a damaged scooter. Cancelled my order. Won't refund my money on time….. And worst of all my Christmas is ruined! My son's are expecting to see a new pink scooter aside the tree from them to their Mom… Now I have nothing….. but a very horrible experience to share with you. Horrible, horrible company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND NOTHING TO OFFER BESIDES IT.
The dirt bike I bought had problems from the very first time use. Clutch cable ferrule broke off on the first lever squeeze. I contacted the superiorpowersports.com's "customer service" and I was instructed to fill out a claim form and submit it along with detailed pictures and description of the problem. I did this immediately and in the mean time used my own resources to put a temporary fix to the cable issue. A month later clutch lever and a rear shock broke almost simultaneously. This is when I had to deal with their so called "customer service" again, and when I realized my previous issue remained unresolved. First I logged in to their website and, according to their records, they were awaiting my response, however it didn't specify what question and/or inquiry my response would pertain to, as I already sent all the required info. I then went on to call them on the phone. To make long story short, after several phone calls and emails, I was told that manufacturer will not issue replacement parts, because they are not covered by warranty, and according to the evidence submitted by me, parts were subjected to abuse/lack of maintenance (nice try to shift the blame). The superiorpowersports.com representative (Mike who, by the way, is one of the two reps always picking up the phone) started lecturing me about how I should read the warranty before making any purchase and he suggested that for the price ($750 incl. shipping) I shouldn't expect much of a dirt bike. I kind of agree with that statement however I didn't expect a total lack of support from the dealer side. They don't sell parts, nor have any schematics to identify parts, nor referred me to any other vendor who would be able to provide any help. In the end they stopped returning my phone calls and emails and I understood that I was, from that point on, on my own. Hopefully I will be able to get all required part online. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND NOTHING TO OFFER BESIDES IT.

Bad, bad, bad
The product arrived damaged and there was zero assistance from service to rectify the situation. A number of the parts were assembled incorrectly and it took a lot of time and money to get it running. Poor service, poor product. I would never recommend using them to anyone.
