Website is very misleading about the ordering process especially when using a wire transfer. It makes it sound like you will get you order with in 10 days however be prepared to wait 3 to 4 weeks or more. Seems to be only one lady answering the phone and not completely knowledgeable especially about the rebate when using a wire transfer. It seems like it is a reseller and your order gets past on to another company for fulfillment.

The absolute WORST company to buy from. Do not waste your time or money! There quick at tryimg to sell you a bike and once they collect that payment they will not answer your call or return your message! As soon as you get there bike every screw falls out! Worst company ever!

no assembly instructions; no adjustment procedures; no parts list; no fill and drain ports labeled; missing and damaged bolts upon delivery (waited one month for replacements); broken odometer (waited 3 months for replacement) ; very poor welds; multiple dents and scratches upon delivery; poor paint and fenders are of poor quality (misshapen); shipping package was damaged upon delivery; terrible bolt and hole alignment; poor customer service (dont respond to emails, good luck calling and actually speaking to someone)

They refused to give me a replacement engine after telling them that a mechanic recommended it, even though i had a parts warranty. I haven't been able to use the scooter at all and will probably sell it.

They send me an ATV that didn't run - even though I paid for the road ready service. Then when I requested help from your service department, they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to them. No I still have an ATV that doesn't work and am getting no return phone calls from anyone.

This company doesn't return phone calls or emails only if you leave a message stating you are making a purchase. I bought an Apollo 125 cc needed help, sent two emails never responded, called twice left messages never responded, called a third time and someone answered but couldn't help me. I would not recommend this company or website at all. Horrible customer service for the price customers pay for the merchandise
