It's been four months and I still haven't received my order. I put in for a refund they said five to seven days. Let's see how long this takes.

The scooter they sold me is a piece of junk. I have to replace the fuel pump in the first week, I had to replace the battery in the second week, the front grill does not connect properly to the front of the scooter.

If I could give you no stars I would. Worst experience ever. Wish I had never purchased from you. Your customer support out right is probably the worst in the us and possibly the world. Empty promises and zero follow thru.

Once I received my scooter I had to immediately take it to the mechanic as I could not drive it when I paid extra for them to road test it. There was an electrical problem. Then soon after that my gas line on the scooter kept busting and my mechanic was constantly replacing the whole gas line and we could not figure out why it kept busting. It's a China product and I will not buy one again nor from this company. I tried calling every day about my problems I was having and never got a returned phone call until 3 weeks after I sold the scooter.

This is the worst company ever!!!! I would call and they never answer the phone maybe 3day to week later they would call back. Then they would me the run around about what I needed. Always have an excuse why things weren’t right. Or we don’t cover that. Took forever to get the scooter we ordered. Never again would I deal with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sent me a scooter that DOES NOT RUN and no one has returned my phone calls or emails. Has less than 1 mile on it and was clearly never tested before shipping. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I had to get my credit card company involved for fraud :(
