On Friday, July 12, 2019, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot about how the poor communication of Superior Cruise and Travel led to a lot of extra costs and aggravation on my recent trip. Superior Cruise & Travel left me a voice mail and also sent me an email on July 12, 2019 that did not address the issues accurately, stating "I know exactly what you're trying to do." I was trying to resolve several matters. I was told that I was engaged in slander even though I provided them with documentation to support my concerns. I also posted a review here on Trust Pilot on Friday, July 12, 2019 that summarized my main concerns. This morning, July 16, 2019, I received a letter from an Albuquerque attorney (where I live) stating "We have forwarded these emails to the local Albuquerque authorities to investigate potential criminal activities. The owner of the company demands a complete withdraw of negative reviews within 24 hours otherwise a civil/criminal case will be filed with the local district attorneys office." I do not know where this company is based - that is to say, in which state their corporate offices are - since on July 10, 2019 "Superior Cruise and Travel" told me via their website's "chat" function, they would not provide to me the business address. I doubt Superior Cruise and Travel is based here in New Mexico, so I wonder how and why so quickly they located and hired local counsel? I have withdrawn that review of July 12, 2019. Wow - I just saw their strange response that I was "not a customer." How would they explain this confirmation of my trip (and my payment for it, of course).... Experience was horrible. I got the Norovirus and was only given credit for a future cruise. I wanted a monetary refund.

I found their service to be lazy and unprofessional. Their arrogance was more important than me as a client.

NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE agents, etc.

our vacation was a nightmare! we flew to calgary.. picked up our rental car... so far so good!! had a couple of enjoyable days at our resort..upon checking our itenary we discovered that our car was to be returned to calgary... 3 hours away from where we were to catch our train in Banmf spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue! ( there was a car rental agency with an office in the airport as well as in the train station)! further review of our itenery found us departing the train in Vancouver at around 5 pm catching our flight out the next day at 8 am ... with no room booked for the night! finally they booked us a room in downtown vancouver a $30 taxi ride away from the airport... on arrival at the airport the same hotel chain has accomadations on the airport property! all in all we spent a good portion of our seven day trip on the phone trying to fix their screwups! the excuse we were given was our represenative’s father was ill! while im sympathetic to any family issues.. if you cannot perform your duties due to them .. please delegate your responsibility to someone who can! this was a once in a lifetime trip for us.. ruined by complete incompetence!

What was promised was not delivered. Very unhappy with the reservations we received.
