I wouldn't even give 1 star ! Just had a very upsetting experience in the Sunderland Bridges salon. The stylist made me feel absolutely horrible about myself...told me I should cleanse my scalp so you won't get dandruff (I have hypothyroidism...!) and mobility problems so i can't wash my own hair...also said I should go to the doctors cos of my sensitive scalp! I'm incredibly sensitive about my hair and I know it's thick can't help it ! Also lost it when I had chemo so it's emotional for me. This girl certainly DOES NOT know how to treat clients with respect. Avoid like the plague !

I went into Supercuts in Basingstoke on 6th June 2018. It was a walk-in appointment, but I wasn't kept waiting long. The stylist, Charlotte, was wonderful. I had a lot of length cut off, as my hair was very long and needed it. Charlotte gave me a wash, cut and blow dry. She was very careful not to cut off too much, doing a very professional, cutting off just the right amount. I will definitely be going back when I need a trim!

I was at super cuts in the whiterose shopping centre in Leeds today I go their regular now the young lady who cut my hair was super nice and I'm really happy with my hair cut thank you Jadene thank you super cuts for having polite lovely stylists.

I went to the Jordan Landing in Utah location. Some of the best hairstylists I have been to for a long time. I would pay high end price. But I get amazing haircut for a reasonable price. Ask for Ciera, Olivia and Kaitlyn are the best stylists.

I was charged £22.40 for a trim on my 8 year olds hair as the hairdresser said she would need a hairwash as a few knots without explaining this would double the price. Extremely disappointed.

On visiting the Merrion centre salon, Sally did my hair. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. Definitely recommend to my friends.

A truly terrible experience. I arrived to a somewhat empty salon, to be told that the wait would be 30 mins. Annoying, but fair enough. However, 10 mins in I realized there weren't enough hairdressers to accommodate the ever-increasing number of people in the queue. When I asked about this, one of the hairdressers admitted that the wait would actually be more like an hour and a half! With so many stations, so few staff, and such a slow turnaround - I have no idea how this business model works enough to afford such great real estate. If anyone needs a haircut near Westfield Shepherds Bush - there are plenty of other vendors that'll see you in half the time for half the cost.

Absolutely dreadful I took my three boys for a short back and sides to the Coventry branch because my usual barber was very busy. Out of sheer desperation I agreed to pay the shocking £35 (my 10 year old was charged ADULT price of £14.99 and the other two £10.99) for the three haircuts as we had a party to attend and all other hairdressers were booked up. I had hoped for the prices they charged they would be able to do a good job- not even close - the blending was awful - my youngest's hair was really short at the front but the whole area around his double crown had been hacked at. When asked if they could even it out they told me that it would not 'look right'. Every time I asked if they could cut a certain way (cut the top so it's short & spikey or cut the fringe so that it flicks over) they kept telling me it can't be done. In the end I got fed up and took them home. Luckily my brother-in-law knew someone who could fix it and we didn't have to take them to the party with hair that looked like it had been hacked at. My overall experience was awful - would NEVER go there again and would NEVER recommend anyone else does.
