My experience was horrible! The "lady" that cut my hair looked like she was on drugs. She was spinning around and acting strangely. I told her I wanted at least 2" in length removed and layers....very basic.....looks like I got a bowl cut..you could have put the hair she cut off into a tablespoon and it would not have filled it....I told her I was not happy with the cut and she went around my head again...but did not fix anything.....and then she had the nerve to ask me to remove my mask as she squatted right in my face to get eye level....I know this is an economy place...but I will never go back....

crappy ervice AND Horrible customer service on top of it. I really had an appointment for 5 p.m. I was call later and told that the hairstylist had a color and shove it 5:15 which I did I was rudely told to stay outside where the gal came out and took my temperature and got my name at that point she went into the salon and I stood out there and waited another 15 / 20 minutes. Then more than 20 minutes past my appointment time a man walks up she comes out takes its temperature and welcome since into the salon politely I left I'll never have my haircut I don't give a crap it's a hair stylist is the best hair stylist in the world I'd rather cut my own hair then had anybody from Supercuts cut it because after all I just ruined this is part of their service as you could say!!!!!!!!! on top of this I never reviewed after my friend and I came in and she happens to be black and her hair was virtually untouched after she left the salon the gal didn't tell her she couldn't cut ethnic hair but treated her like crap and then charged her premium prices fo r it what a crappy company you guys run I hope nobody ever ever patronizes you again if I can help will tell my friends and all my family I'll post on Facebook everybody know on Twitter that you guys are s***¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rhiannon at supercuts in Basingstoke is a star! Totally professional, friendly, knew and understood exactly what I wanted and delivered that final result! She is fantastic. 5 stars for Rhiannon and Basingstoke supercuts!!!!

Very bad experience at the supercuts Bristol in the galleries. The old women with white hair took a tiny piece off the bottom (it wasn’t level) I had to tell her she didn’t cut it straight: then she said oh yeah and cut even more off. I wrote to the head office and they did nothing about it. Very unsatisfied and customer service was horrible. DO NOT GO supercuts Bristol in the Galleries - even if you are desperate!!!!!!

This is one company that should go bankrupt. Terrible customer service and racist when it comes to different hair types.

Went to there shop at 10:30 a.m no one else in shop but 3 shop people looking at computer screen at desk no said a word to me standing there for 3-4 min. So I walked out never to go back I,m first time customer and last time one now.

Went to the Supercuts on Plumb Lane in Reno, NV. Worst haircut I've ever had, and I'm 65 years old so that's saying something. Contacted them online with the complaint and not even a reply after a week.Stay away from this place.
