Very disappointed Never recommend sugar land location They don’t know how to cut Mens hair

Been going to the Sinking Springs Super Cuts and always walk out happy. I forget what type buzz cut I get but I explained what I needed and they store that information in thier system NO PROBLEM. This would be my 2nd year going there and they always trim around my ears, side burns and offer me a warm towel. Thier personally is they don't mind having a typical conversation with you. I'm happy there and have no intentions of going anywhere else good job 👏 👍Super Cuts.

Went for a haircut today I had a foreign lady cut it I asked for a short graduated at the back Bob... I explained this several times even showed a picture on my phone of what it was that i wanted ...she was like okay a Bob so she proceeded to cut a normal one length Bob...not what I asked for I said this to her she tried to fix it by cutting tiny bits of my hair off and showing me thats what she did ..by this point I was annoyed as she didn't cut my hair like I asked ...I asked another stylist to fix my hair she understood what I wanted ... really need to hire people that understand English and are able to cut hair like you ask ... this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience...might stay clear from now on and save up and go to decent salon

Carmen did a great job cutting my hair. I recently had a bad perm most of the curl is out, Carmen trimmed and added product that brought wave back. I am very happy and would go again!

Unfortunately the Supercuts in San Pedro on Western was horrible. My boyfriend got the monthly membership to the salon and it was bad .The women cutting his hair on the first appointment and only , first introduced herself by letting him know how she was expecting to receive a tip .Then she cut his hair shorter then what he wanted and was rude about it saying "Well Sir its a standard hair cut not tailored " she seemed to be in a hurry when cutting his hair and never talked or smiled during his haircut. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. Then he thought well let me try it a 2nd time just to see if maybe she'll remembers me. He couldn't even book appointment because the same lady answered the phone and said she was booked for the day and couldn't help him .He then asked if he can make appointment for the following day and the lady answered "Did you not hear me I'm booked " he said yes but would like appointment for tomorrow and she answered "Well call tomorrow I'm busy today and hung up" With customer service that bad my boyfriend canceled his membership as that location was the nearest to him . Very unfortunate that employees there are so unhappy at the salon . Day of call was 05/25/2022 at around 1:30 pm .

I've been going to Super Cuts, Wyckoff NJ for several years. Angie is my hairdresser. I've always been thrilled with the results. Angie is professional and always accommodating. I'll not go anywhere else.
