I had to give it a star to write my review ,went to a Supercuts in Whitemarsh pa. The only male in the store on a Sunday .he watched a YouTube video to do my hair when I showed him a picture of what I wanted done .he didn’t wet my hair he sprayed my hair with a spritz and said I will shave the back of your hair and around your ears, but never cut or trimmed the split ends of the top Of my hair I looked like a Mario mushroom 🍄‍🟫 with all the hair hanging over the shave hair ,all I wanted was my money back and they proceed to say come in we will fix it .nope I don’t want anyone touching my hair there after that incident.if you have curly hair and want a cut on a budget don’t go to super cuts .

I really enjoy Kayla at Sandusky store #83169..She definitely makes you feel at home & friendly to talk to..She listens to what you want & even makes suggestions..And if she is not real busy or doesn’t have a next scheduled appointment right away..I’ve asked her to French braid my hair when I didn’t request it for the appointment I had set up with her..she is willing to go above & beyond so I Thank you

I’ve had long hair forever, and today I decided it was just too much work and unless all conditions were perfect it hardly ever looked good. I went to Supercuts in Glendale and met Lola. She has curly hair like me, so she understood the trials and tribulations of long curly hair. I told her what I had in mind and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I LOVE MY HAIR!!! It turned out so cute and she introduced me to this great product that removes all frizz and doesn’t make my hair stiff or weigh it down. I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Lola!!

I am a woman whom works 6 days a week so I have to get alot accomplished on my one day off,so when I needed a haircut I scheduled it. Only to find when I showed up I was told 3 walk-ins were ahead of me and I had to wait for 40 minutes. So what exactly is the point of an appointment at this business? Your website should be more specific about your policies.
