Best ever!
Customer service was super accommodating and so polite, I had a minor issue with an e-mail attachment and they took care of it right away.

My order plus some
I only ordered the base and I received $50 worth of stuff that I didn't order but had to pay for it. Also: the base came with NO instructions. If you are going to send a timer, the base, a pump, etc., there should be instructions. How do I use it? What is the light cycle?
