Very Good and Professional. I was extremely Impressed and I would Recommand them to anyone that is looking for a legit system.

It's an ok System the box could be a tad bigger, and filter system could be quieter. The place where you put the cords through could be better it leaks air and light, and they fall out if you move it at all. It was package good when it arrived. But the instructions are terrible, and they are not up to date with the system, and I have to print them out instead of them being in the uint. Which for the cost of the order you could at least put in paper instructions. That's about all, for now, I don't have a grow finished yet to tell how that part of the system works.

Today I sent in a review regarding Supercloset customer service, well I am here to redact my review about SC. I was contacted by Frank and this was not my first good Rodeo with Frank. During our contact Frank insure me that SC will always support their customers with best products and any updated equipment changes. Today, I felt very secure in our discussion with Frank and Supercloset, thank you Frank and thanks Supercloset for your full support of your products and customer service.

When I had a question about my order I talked to Frank K who answered everything. He was very professional and also let me know that if I had any questions in the future that he was only a phone call away. I am happy with their products and service and highly recommend them.

I bought a delux 3.0 LED from them, however I regret dealing with this company. Their customer support never answer your call when you need them. And when I tried to modify my order they refuse my request even that I told them I would pay for the differnces in price. Try to buy your product from another company that help their customer and have a customer support.

Personnel at Supercloset have been exceptional with their time and experience. Product questions were promptly answered with always a "Can I help you with anything else?". Great Company and Staff.

The buying process was simple and all my questions were answered promptly. I will update after delivery and setup but from what I have experienced so far, I can’t imagine the final product being anything but spectacular. It was important to me to invest in a product that was well designed and reviewed. That is why I decided on SuperCloset and why I look forward to working with them in the future.
