order arrived on time in excellent condition for a fair price. only service needed was obtained through website

I was lucky enough, 2 Saturdays ago, to pick-up a Skylake motherboard from Microcenter for $.01. The label said $23.00, but it was the wrong label. So the manager let me have it $0.01. Christmas in July!!!!!!!!!!! Then, I realized I need DDR4 memory. SuperBiiz always has the best prices and everything they sell is very reliable.

Products were exactly as advertised, great prices and function well in the already completed build. I only wish SuperBiz didn't take 3+ days just to process and ship the order. From shipping to arrival no problem, but as these parts were only some of the ones we selected for my son's first build and they took longer to ship than components ordered elsewhere, it delayed the build for an extra week. That was frustrating to my son and I. In the future I'll probably order elsewhere if timing is important.

I chose superbiiz for the simple fact that they sold my particular CPU cheaper than their competitors. They didn't skimp on quality of service in any way and I would definitely shop here again.

My order hasn't made any progress for 5 days. They claimed that they called and emailed me about it but I never received any calls or emails. The customer service was very nice but not very knowledgeable or helpful at all. After I asked to speak to a manager I was told that "they are unable to come to the phone". Absolutely nothing about my experience here makes me believe that they care at all about their customers. I won't be shopping here again.

I enjoy the rapid delivery and love the amount of deals on the website. I was able to get the CPU I wanted for really cheap. Will definitely recommend to friends

This is my third or fourth USB flash drive purchase from SuperTalent/SuperBiiz. Great products, great form factor, fast and usually free shipping, and I haven't had any of mine die yet. Definitely worth considering if you're after a somewhat above-par flash drive.
