Great!
Everything came in good condition, and it was also nice that I wasn't charged any tax being in New York. I only took off one star for the shipping speed. Other than that, my experience with Superbiiz was excellent.

Awful customer service and shipping.
For Christmas I was trying to complete a PC build using super biiz for my two important parts (being the motherboard and case) But when I ordered from Superbiiz on the 23rd of December I payed for five day shipping.. knowing they probably don't count the day I ordered and the weekend I expected my package on friday. Today is Saturday December 31st and still no sign of my package coming. UPS gave me a tracking code and a map that shows me how long it will take for their UPS GROUD unit to get into my state. My package was SCANNED on Thursday the 29th, and UPS expects my package to come in the next 8 DAYS!! We tried to contact customer support to get some representitive to try and assist us or let us know why the package is so late but no one answered the phone! I was never notified of any delay or package issues. Which is a problem. I can't even get a refund and it hasn't even left their warehouse. I'll for sure never be ordering from Superbiiz, and I hope you dont either..
