This maybe the first or second time I have ordered from superbiiz, item boxing was great and everything inside the package but then again that also deals with your shipping handler. So I really can't say much on the packaging. How ever the prices seems reasonable than other places that you shop online.

I did not experience any problems ordering this time around, like I did the last time! LOL I expected to receive what I ordered in 4 to 7 days, and I received it in 7 days. I presume it was because there was a winter storm in the southern USA and the Inauguration in Washington DC. However I expected the delivery time to be later in the early evening, but it came earlier in the afternoon. When I did experience the problem with my previous order, I contacted them and they corrected the issue I had. So service is very good! I would recommend buying from them and I will buy from them again in the future!

Shipped and arrived earlier than I had anticipated. No problems at all. Product works as expected.

The products were good and the service was good, but god the shipping was awful. The tracking didn't work at all after the first day, and it never updated until the day i received the package. I guess more of the blame could be put on UPS for this, but it's still part of the overall buying experience.
