Pitiful
I received my part three weeks after it was charged to my credit card. Enough said!!! Response to your comment: You are correct that my credit card was charged for the purchase the day after I placed the order, but the item ordered, based on the tracking info sent to me, was not shipped until 2 1/2 weeks later, and I received it on the third day. Your info is misleading and incorrect.

Hi William. Thanks for the feedback. I looked into your order and it seems like the courier had the package the same day we charged your credit card. This occurred about 1 business day after your order was placed. The tracking number also says that the package was delivered within 5 business days. I'm sorry if your package wasn't delivered to you within your expectations. We have revamped our tracking status within your account homepage. Great experience.
They did everything I could want. Plus they automatically included promotions even when I didn't know I qualified. Kudos.

Slow delivery
They have great pricing and reasonable shipping rates. Although I was just curious why. After payment was made it took 5 days to ship my order out. I realize I didn't pay for 2nd day ship or any expedited shipping. But why wait 5 days ?? Item was great and packed well.... Thanks for saving me some $$$

Hi Pete. Sorry for the delay in shipping. We are not open during the weekends which added 2 days before we could get the package picked up by the courier.

package was not well protected
Shipping electronics. The box fit one item exactly. No protection. The microprocessor was set on top with not enough packing material to keep it secure. Just bouncing around on top. Lucky dispite the box damage, everything is working. I will think long and hard before using this company again.

Good product, bad shipping
The product was advertised as coming in on a Thursday. It came the next Tuesday. The product is great for the price and much quieter than the stock Intel one!
