Retraso tras retraso, poca puntualidad y mal servicio. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, siempre hay retrasos

Extremely poor service. The flight attendants were rude and even shouted at me instead of communicating politely. On top of that, my flight kept getting rescheduled, and the refund process was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely one of the worst budget airlines I’ve dealt with.

Delayed 2 hours first, then another two hours, then we boarded and stayed sitted without air conditioning for 40 minutes and then we were told there is an issue with the plane and back to the gate. They don’t know anything so you just have to wait. Ah! And then maximum compensation is 15€. The worst airline!

Niks op aan te merken. Vlucht keurig op tijd en het personeel vriendelijk. Geen idee waar deze spook verhalen vandaan komen.

Retard comme d'habitude et aucune information de part de la compagnie aérienne. Je deconseille fortement.

Super Air Jet changed my Jakarta–Lombok flight IU762, originally departing at 07:00, and notified me at 00:45 on the same day that I had instead been moved to a Lion Air flight at 05:30 from a different terminal. That gave less than five hours notice, in the middle of the night when most passengers, including me, are asleep. I therefor could not and did not accept the replacement flight and requested cancellation. I am now having to fight for the refund because my refund was denied! Changing the airline, terminal and departure time at such extremely short notice is simply not acceptable. I will update this review once Super Air Jet confirms and processes the appropriate refund.

Prima prijs, snelle en nette service en stipt op tijd vertrokken. Niks mis mee!
