Supcase Unicorn…excellent product
I have been buying the Supcase Unicorn Beetle case since back when I had the iPhone 4 or 5. Every single time I upgrade to a new iPhone, I order another Unicorn Beetle case from Amazon. Over the years, I’ve owned about 6 or 7 of their products—including their belt clips—and they have always been so durable and reliable that I never once had to reach out about a quality issue. This was actually the very first time I ever needed to request a warranty replacement. Customer support representative Elina was incredible throughout the entire process—prompt, helpful, and eager to resolve the delivery mix-up immediately. It’s great to know that a brand I’ve trusted for years backs up their products with 5-star customer service. Highly recommended!

Great case, good Customer Service
Customer service was great. Only issue was tracking number changes as item transitioned from China to different carrier then to Canada. Also a heads up on the purchase site as to the time it will take for delivery. Case works great, and a customer rep(Vanessa), tracked down the changed tracking number, so all good in the end.

Fantastic Customer Service
The clip broke on my case and Customer Service quickly shipped another one under warranty! Will absolutely purchase from them again. The case worked great in Europe when I used the carabiner to keep my phone safe!
