I was unsure of the sauna and heater I wanted for an outdoor, stand alone spa. Wes was awesome and patient in walking me through my selection and helped me with the right equipment and price point for my purchase. SVS was also there during the build out to provide guidance and information to make sure it turned iut right. Very Happy!

Our sauna arrived very quickly and exceeded expectations. I read the directions while my husband and another guy friend put it together. It definitely takes two people to put together and probably men in my opinion. When assembled, it is beautiful. I'm training for an endurance event and love the healing benefits of the infrared sauna as well as the opportunity it gives me to relax which I'm not very good at. I put on some relaxing sauna music from Spotifiy and I'm good to go.

The sauna is well made and very easy to assemble with two people. Great product! The entire family is enjoying the sauna experience.

Thought I was getting a Idaho local company experience but they are just dropshipping. My order was heavily delayed and they never reached out to give me updates, I had to constantly badger them to figure out what was going on. They have the same prices as anywhere else, so in the future I would go somewhere with better service. Would not recommend.

It took awhile to get here. It was easy to put together. The salt light didn't work at first but we figured it out. Radio works but have to play with it to get channel. Love the sauna. In it 3 to 4 times à week. Can't think of anything bad about it. It's awesome. Thank you.
