Sun Valley SaunasReviews of sunvalleysaunas.com

Materials were sized accurately and easy to assemble. Installation instructions were easy to understand. Shipping pallet was broken when delivered which resulted in nonconsequential damage to one piece. Stickers used to identify parts were sometimes difficult to remove (suggest using a tab that doesn't have adhesive). Could have provided alternate assembly instructions and a modification to one part to allow placing the heater on either side of unit. Heating unit easily raises operating temperature to 160 - 180 where I like to use it in less than 30 minutes.

Shipment was damaged. We needed to order a new part which now is 2-3 months out before it can be replaced.

Excellent sauna, took 12 days to get from California to cheyenne wyoming. Now that I have the sauna and using it I wish I would of got one earlier I saw saunas on the price is right and saw the price of saunas and started investigating the benefits and price of the sauna that now have one in my home!

This is the first sauna I have owned. It was extremely easy to put together. Very sturdy. The only reason I dropped one star is - the placement of the heating elements- the 3 that are along the back make it hard to sit back due to the heat they emit. Would seem to make better sense to place them in the sides or higher up so they did not burn your back.

My sauna arrived four days after purchase! was so easy to set up. I was using it within hours of receiving it....best purchase I have made in a long time

We bought our first sauna from Sun Valley Saunas and everythign was great. They helped with the purchase process, the delivery to suit our needs and we received everything in great condition and as described. It was easy to assemble and works great. We love it and want to thank everyone at Sun Vally Saunas for helping us!

Sun Valley was great to work with and the Sauna is wonderful. There were some issues with the shipping company and getting updates so that could be improved upon. Sauna eventually arrived in excellent condition and went together in about an hour.

Left couple VM and didn’t hear back from anyone . Had to email again asking for assistance. Technician finally contacted me to as to what to do next. New part came with more screws ,,, wasn’t screws I needed, needed electrical caps for wires which were not in the box as promised. Had to go buy the proper caps which was difficult to find.
