Works great !!
Works great !!! Temp raises about 4degrees after running it 6 hours. The rep DJ was very nice and the install was fast and the crew cleaned up everything.I Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Suntrek solar from start to finish. Tabatha was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with about the entire process! We are enjoying the pool daily and the kids say it’s the most fun they have had in the pool in 10 years! Outstanding!!!

I have since sold the house but I had…
I have since sold the house but I had solar put up just for the pool and I didn’t notice much difference. I had somebody come out a couple of times it was too complicated for me!

Did not stand behind their guarantee
Did not stand behind their guarantee. They are dishonest and not to be trusted. I would run from them fast, there are plenty of good honest businesses out there, don't be fooled by this company.

Grace, I know I spoke to you over the phone a couple of weeks ago when I saw this review, and you were lovely to talk to. I'm so sorry that you were not pleased with your customer service experience and our pricing for a site visit to follow manufacturer warranty replacement protocol. On the solar electric side of our business, we are product neutral, so that we can keep up with rapidly changing technology and offer our customers the best products. We follow the warranty replacement protocol of the manufacturer when there is an issue with a component and we do charge for that initial visit to cover our cost of handling that claim for you. They could not deliver what they promised
They could not deliver what they promised. Delayed and finally confessed our jacuzzi could not be heated with their design/system and this experience cost us $ 1,726.00 and we have nothing to show for.
