You have to work on the Shipping and Billing Info , when you change one it change the second
Problems with the shipping and billing INFO , and sometimes with the discounts

Sorry to know you're dealing with difficulties. Right before checkout you do have the option of specifically choosing your shipping address, you're also able to contact us directly via phone for any address change. Also, with some of our discounts that we provide have to be inputted and some are automatically added depending on the discount. Please never be afraid to contact us directly via phone for any assistance, or clarification.

Discount code that does not work
Very happy with your product. I'm not happy with the discount offered to tempt me to order from your site. When I placed my order and entered the discount when checking out, I was told the code was not valid.

I found that it was hard and had no flavor and tasted stale. I would not buy it again. I enjoy most of your products, but not this one.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!!
I love the gummies & the cream. But, I had ordered you face pump, and couldn't get it out of the bottle. You sent a send one but it didn't work either. Kind of a turn off.

So sorry that you had this experience as we try to make sure all of our customers are pleased. The face serum was not defective but has a child lock and in order to make it work, you will have to twist the pump 3x and then pump. We did provide you with these instructions and even sent an extra Face Serum for the inconvenience. We sent you an email, please respond and let us know if you would like to continue.
