We purchased a pillow for my wife but she passed away before she could use it. I contacted the company and not only did they let me return the item, they paid for shipping back to them.

Purchased Chiropractic Neck Pillow with extra support. Product is high quality and as advertised. Order process was very easy and shipment was very quick. I received the shipment two days after shipment and it traveled from the Pacific Northwest to Indiana. This was a good purchase experience. The product performs as advertised and is a benefit to my neck which is very painful due to post surgical healing after a multi-level fusion. I look forward to continued use and comfort from this product.

Thank you for your feedback. Glad we can help with you neck pain. We just designed a cover for the pillow (may be made in cotton). This way people can use it at night. Also clinics can change for each patient. Best wishes, Sharon BioMed DB Desig, LLC

Over the years, I've purchased several neck warmers from different companies. The fleece covering on the one from BioMed DB Design is soft and luxurious. The lavender scent is strong, which I like, but would recommend the unscented one for anyone who does not absolutely love the scent of lavender.

I bought this for my sister-in-law and a close friend. They both suffer from headaches and I thought these would be perfect. They love them.

Thanks for your feedback. When I spoke with you at the time you gave me all your information, you seemed sure this is the one you would be happy with. Feel free to send it back to us. We will pay for the return shipping. We have other sizes for the neck wrap like you got - size medium purple neck heat wrap. Most people use this size. The large one is heavier (4 lb) and for people with a neck size of 18" to 20". The small one is of the same size like yours only lighter (1.5 lb), for seniors. Please let us know if you want to return it. thanks, Sharon BioMed DB Design, LL253-678-1361
