Do Not order from this company
Do Not order from this company Ordered for next day delivery, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Have emailed several times and they just keep saying it's on its way I have requested my money back but there has been no reply to that request Begining to think the site is a scam.

Thanks for your feedback. We fill the heat wraps mostly full so it is still flexible. If we fill the wrap too full, it will be hard to bend. Please send us a picture so we can see if it is underfilled. The heat can last for 30 minutes depending on the room temperature. The natural materials lose heat overtime and require reheating. Thanks for your purchase of our lavender-scented extra long neck heat wrap. This one is heavier than others so it takes longer to heat up. How big is your microwave? You can microwave it for 2 minutes if you are using a 1100 watts microwave. You can also try to measure the temperature. It should be able to get to 145 degrees Fahrenheit safely. Unhappy with product, happy with service
I ordered the pillow to soothe sore neck and shoulder muscles due to stress and working at a computer. The pillow was too heavy. It did not conform around my neck. I heated it in the microwave and after using it, found my skin was burned like a bad sunburn. I haven't used it since and would not recommend it. Since posting my review, I have been contacted by BioMed DB Design who offered me my money back if I was unhappy with their product. They sent me a USPS mailing label so I could return the product at their expense. They have contacted me that my product was received and that I have been issued a full refund.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you noticed the redness on your skin after using it. This is one reason we won't recommend heating it to a really high temperature. Dear Joel, Sorry to hear that your chiropractic neck pillow is too thick for you and push your head forward. You may try to take out the support column.
