I've used my rice pad maybe 3 times and there are already holes in 4 or 5 different places. I keep having to sew them closed. If it weren't for that I'd have given 5 stars.

for neck, The fabric is soft with soothing feeling. But they're too heavy and the curvy surface of tight wrap decrease the contact surface. Also for me I really don't see the benefit of extra long in length.

I recently bought the chiropractic neck pillow. The good news: I'm tall, so I followed the sizing instructions to the letter. The pillow fits well and is much more comfortable than my previous high-end, conventional neck pillow. The insert provides extra support if your head sticks above the height of the seat head rest, like mine. I've used it on short flights and flights longer than 15 hours. I managed to sleep well with my head in a number of positions. The bad news: So far, I've gotten snagged because of the support insert on 40% of the times that I've passed through TSA checkpoints. I haven't gotten a clear explanation about exactly why there is an issue, but it's clear that the blotch on the xray from the bag of rice is the problem. I haven't decided whether to abandon the pillow or try to figure out another support solution. I tried the pillow without the insert, but it doesn't have enough support if your head is above the seat head rest.

Thanks for your feedback. We can try to give you a similar support column made with other materials. We have tried polyester beads, they are light but flatten out quickly. Please contact us for a solution.
