Too heavy
Much too heavy; you should note weight and offer two thickneses for same overall coverage.

Thanks for your feedback and suggestion. We have updated the listing with the dimension and weight in bold so they stand out. We have a smaller version of this in black or target plaid. We listed those but no one wants them. Only this big and heavy style is popular. I will contact you to see if you would rather have the smaller one. Great service & product - would buy again!
I have bought 2 neck heating pillows from BioMed and am very pleased with both. They are constructed well and made with high quality materials. They were shipped quickly and the company reached out directly when there was a problem with my order- all issues were quickly resolved! I will use this company again for future orders.

Exceptional product & attentive customer service
The company's chiropractic pillow is exceptional. (I sleep with it, as well as travel with it.) I was concerned that it was being used both privately (in my home) and publicly (on planes); so I phoned the company to see if a slip cover might be available. The representative told me they would make one. It arrived in one week. Such service! :-) I've recommended this company to many.

Heat Wrap
I have fibromialgia and have had cervical fusion... that being said, the heat (and cold) wrap I purchased, is better than any other wrap or pad that I have or have ever had. I was hesitant to pay the extra few dollars, but with 3 day delivery, insured delivery, essential oils infused and the extra long size, it was a great decision.

Thanks for your purchase of our lavender-scented extra long neck heat wrap. This one is heavier than others so it takes longer to heat up. How big is your microwave? You can microwave it for 2 minutes if you are using a 1100 watts microwave. You can also try to measure the temperature. It should be able to get to 145 degrees Fahrenheit safely.
