First time with a solar system. Honestly I was super disappointed when the given walk through steps didn't work and customer service couldn't seem to find the issue. On the other hand, they scheduled me for a technician visit at no charge. The technician i got was a gentleman by the name of Ryan Kepp and he was super friendly and came early and began working on the system immediately and cleanly. Not even 30 minutes in, he and another technician found out the issue was due to a mistake made upon installation (which isn't good looks for the company), and got our system working same day. We are producing power now and have a follow up visit due to the installation having been done wrong on the entire building (townhouse complex). I'm confident with Ryan working on our systems, that everything will get up and running properly in no time.

I had a great experience with Ryan Kepp as our technician. After a few false starts with the remote activation, we scheduled a technician to come out to assist with activating our system. Sunpower provided a very reasonable window of time to expect someone to come out (none of this “anytime between the hours of 9 to 5” business) Ryan let me know he was on his way and was able to troubleshoot the issue and walk me through using the mySunPower app - I was exporting power to the grid by the time I was in my office. Thanks so much Ryan!

Very pleasant experience with Warren Grennan as my technician. He arrived on time to fix my sunpower system for a job that was suppose to take less than an hour, but due to the previous installers subpar work the job ended up being much more complicated. Warren isolated and identified 2 issues with my system, fixed them, set me up with the app and explained how it all works. I was grateful that he went above and beyond to fix the issues himself so that I didn’t have to schedule another appointment! Very happy customer! Thanks Warren!

The SunPower activation of our panels went great. Ryan Kepp arrived early and was courteous throughout the activation of the device. Ryan helped work out a few kinks with the SunPower App and we are good to go. Thanks Ryan.

Julian Sierra Was extremely professional and helpful. He went above and beyond and addressed a breaker issue which should have been the builder responsibility. He was extremely patient as the process became a bit long due to connectivity issues with my WiFi. He had a good sense of humor and was very pleasant to work with. 10 stars in my book.
