Sunpower was in the neighborhood with another neighbor. I wanted to find out how long it will take to get my Solar up and running. I ran into Meleah and she went above and beyond help and confirmed my system was in fact ready to go and up and running. Great service and taking the time to help me was FANTASTIC. Thanks!!

Meleah was exceptionally great! She arrived on time. She was very knowledgeable about the system…and very patient explaining everything to us, including how to get our phones set up; she walked us through the whole process. Very friendly!

I wonder how many of these bad reviews did not use a Master Dealer, we have had our system up for 3 years with no major issues. I even put it on a brand new 40yr roof. The idea of puncturing it was daunting to me but my $500 electric bills were more daunting. Things were pretty smooth from the time we got a quote though there were some delays due to permitting and covid etc. However our salesperson properly set expectations IMO. If I have any questions, I can either reach out to Sunpower or my dealer. I had some issues or confusion with the app and had no problem reaching someone. This might sound awful of me but anytime I hear friends or neighbors complain of their high summer bills I feel great satisfaction that that's not an issue I have to deal with anymore! Sunpower is the best panel but you need not all dealers are created equal. Do your research.

My panels are producing over 100% of the energy needed to power my home and I can monitor their performance daily. Going solar is one of the best decisions any homeowner could ever make.
