Thank you Julian Sierra
It’s usually scared when it comes to some new experiences. We always thought about panels but we’ve never had them. We got our place with installed solars and it needed to be set up. There was a minor issue with program updates, so the presence of the technician was necessarily. Julian Sierra came on time and provided excellent service answering tons of questions with details because my husband wanted to make sure that everything is ok. Julian is very knowledgeable and patient professional. We were glad to have him as an expert and technician.

Great customer service
Meleah Sellers went above and beyond, to help us with setting up the solar connection. She even took extra time to set up my app by talking to the customer representative.

Finally solar system is operational
Finally! Kudos to Warren Grennan - Commissioning Technician & Kevin Middlebrooks – Solar Activation Team Supervisor for coordinating a successful commissioning. Great job on coordinating the remediation efforts to get my solar system fully operational. Great team work between SunPower cross functional teams and Leonard Roofing to correct the issues. I just hope that lessons learnt can improve customer experience in the future. Thank you!

Installation day
Julian walked us through the process on getting our solar connected today. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what to expect, and how to reach out if there were any problem along the way with the panels, and he also shared helpful tips. Overall it was pleasant and we are looking forward for more great results. Thank you!
