SunPower technician Ryan Kepp was not only very helpful but was very knowledgeable about solar energy. He assisted my home with activation along with providing me with the best practices to take full advantage of what solar can do for your home. Very satisfied experience with Ryan.

Tech service good, Customer Service bad
Warren was great. No hassle with the installation. Customer service kept redirecting me for a simple request. Call got dropped many times. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule 3 weeks out. CS needs improvement.

Meleah Sellers did a great job today on…
Meleah Sellers did a great job today on activating our solar and installing the electric car charger. She explain to me how it works, help me download the sunpower app and told me to follow up on the other 2 panels that is not working right now maybe due to the gray weather. She is very nice, professional and highly recommended.
